Our office is situated in the southern part of Hamburg, Germany, right in the middle of Harburg Binnenhafen, the inland port of Harburg. It sits in the last remaining building of the first Harburg railway station, which was still in use as a freight station in 1999. Independent of the tidal changes in the river Elbe thanks to a lock, and linked directly to the railway system, Harburg Binnenhafen used to be one of the most modern habours in Europe during the mid-nineteenth century. However, in the course of the last decades there have been radical changes in the way the area is used. A new, very exciting quarter is growing here, in which especially business of technology-oriented branches settle. Because of its traditional relation to innovative technology, we are convinced that Harburg Binnenhafen is the ideal location for our office.
